This website provides general information about Collateral Fortress. It does not offer financing or insurance, or guarantee repayment, recovery, or asset value. Service scope, eligibility, pricing, responsibilities, and authorization requirements are set out in a separate agreement.
Written authorization
After the initial installation test, we do not track clients or record their trips during repayment. A default alone does not authorize location activation. Release of tracking access requires default, the lender’s written recovery order, and applicable program requirements. Payoff does not authorize tracking.
Appropriate use
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit sensitive borrower records or recovery instructions, misrepresent your authority, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website.
Brand and availability
The company name, approved logo, and original website content identify Collateral Fortress. Viewing them does not grant permission to use the brand for endorsements. Website information and availability may change. “Total Asset Protection” is a tagline, not an insurance or recovery guarantee.
