The lender
You manage the lending relationship and decide whether to request recovery after default. A loan default and your written recovery order are both required before location tracking is used for recovery.
Collateral Forwarding
If recovery is needed and authorized, our subsidiary coordinates the location request, the contracted recovery company and the arrangements for returning the vehicle.
Field coordination when recovery is required.
Collateral Forwarding works with contracted agents across the country. After default and the lender’s written recovery order, it coordinates location information with the assigned agent and manages the assignment through the return arrangements.
